With this connection the data goes only in one direction, i.e. from the hotel's PMS to Hotel-Face CRM

The processing of all appeals and orders of the guest takes place in the Personal Cabinet of the hotel in Hotel-Face CRM

Two-way integration

For full automation, including automatic initialization of guests by the hotel, in Hotel-Face CRM and processing of all orders and appeals of guests in the hotel's PMS, we use two-way integration with the hotel's PMS through continuous communication between the hotel's PMS and Hotel-Face CRM via XML or Web services

With this connection, the data goes in both directions between the hotel's PMS in Hotel-Face CRM
